1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete address details may face delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We partner with trusted courier and logistics services to ensure timely delivery.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • For remote areas, delivery may take up to 12–15 business days.

  • For international orders (where applicable), delivery timelines will vary and may take 2–4 weeks, subject to customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Damaged / Delayed Shipments

  • While we take utmost care in packaging, if your product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos.

  • Any delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will assist you in resolving them.
