Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India using trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines vary by location, usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our online store serves customers across India. For international orders, please contact us directly and we will assist you with customized shipping options.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can use it to check real-time updates from our courier partner.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product and packaging. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes across India. Availability will be shown at checkout.
