We want you to love the artwork and décor you purchase from us. However, in rare cases, if you face an issue, our Returns & Refunds Policy will guide you.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

Damaged during transit.

Defective or different from what was ordered.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale, clearance, or under special promotions.
2. Return Process

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mohsinalis.com with order details and product images.

Once verified, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged/incorrect.
3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
4. Exchanges

At present, we do not offer exchanges. You may place a fresh order once your refund is processed.
